I create custom oil paintings that capture those meaningful people, places, and memories and turn them into something tangible to be treasured for generations.

How It Works

Fill out the commission inquiry form with a little information about your idea, including what you'd like painted, your preferred size, and any relevant photographs.

I'll review your request and follow up with availability, pricing, and next steps.

We'll determine the size, composition, and number of subjects and select the photographs that will serve as the foundation for the painting.

I'll provide a final quote before we begin.

Once the details are finalized and your deposit is received, I'll begin your painting.

You'll receive an estimated timeline when your commission is booked. Because each painting is created by hand, completion time will vary depending on size and complexity.

Once your painting is complete, I'll send you final photos for approval and arrange shipping or local pickup.

FAQ

  • My commissions are typically painted from photographs, so the quality and composition of the reference images are important. You don't need a professional photograph—a meaningful photograph with good lighting and clear details can be a wonderful starting point.

    If you have several photographs you'd like to combine into one painting, that's absolutely possible. We can discuss the composition during the planning process.

  • Please allow approximately 3 weeks for commissioned work, depending on the size and complexity of the painting.

    If you have a specific date you'd like to receive your painting by, please mention it when submitting your inquiry. Rush commissions may be available depending on my schedule.

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve your commission and begin work. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to shipping or pickup.

    Because commissioned paintings are created specifically for you, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Paintings are delivered unframed unless otherwise arranged. I’m happy to provide framing recommendations or help coordinate framing for your piece.

  • Paintings can be shipped within the United States. Local pickup may also be available.

    Shipping costs will be calculated based on the finished painting's size and destination, and is added to the base cost of the final piece.
